Employment Consultant – Northland, Auckland North & West

“Kiwi CAN Do” – that’s how I want our trainees to think and feel! Being an Employment Consultant allows me to be a part of a movement that gives our community and rangatahi a chance to develop themselves and be great!

I believe a bit of coaching, support and empowerment can make a difference in not just short-term outcomes, but giving an insight to see further down the track where the true success lies! Being able to see trainee graduates move on to building apprenticeships and further their career in the Construction industry provides a true sense of achievement in what our courses can do.

Having worked several years as a Case Manager at MSD, I get to draw on my knowledge and experiences in supporting Kiwi Can Do to deliver training opportunities and employment outcomes for our local community.

I played for the Kiwi Ferns in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup (last to win it!), nowadays my legs can only manage Tag football. I now enjoy coaching my daughters tag and school netball teams, also enjoying a game of Woodoku in my down time.

A fun fact about me is that my kids are taller than me!
