As part of the success in our last contract with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) where we had a key focus on Civil job opportunities, we saw many trainees participate in our Traffic Control courses and graduate into full-time, sustained employment.

When Fotu signed up to our course, Kiwi Can do quickly recognised his positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic, two key values that we respect from our trainees. He obtained his Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) & Traffic Management Operative Non-Practising (TMO-NP) certificates, alongside a Site Safe Passport and Class 1 licence upgrade, where he now holds a Restricted licence.

Following completion of our course, Fotu was provided a full-time contract with Nova Traffic Management, one of our trusted trade employers in Auckland. His employers have expressed he is an enthusiastic and hardworking individual, with Fotu being grateful that Kiwi Can Do opened the door for him to gain the skills required for his job and the ongoing support from our team while he is in full-time employment.

Fotu is thankful for the opportunity with Kiwi Can Do, gaining confidence and key skills after he signed up for a course with us.
